It has completed the first phase of its real estate project in the name of Raiaskaran Parthenon Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Versova Road (JP Road), Four Bungalows, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400053. Their registered office is located at Unit No – 2, 4th Floor, A Wing, Time Square Building, Andheri Kurla Road, Marol, Nilkanth Park, Andheri (E), Marol Naka, Mumbai – 400059.

The Company has its majority of the fixed assets located at: Plot admeasuring 10,293.51 sq. mtrs. (out of total land admeasuring 15,554.54 sq. mtrs.) Phase I- Parthenon has been fully developed and possession of the flats has been handed over (except those mortgaged with Secured Financial Creditors & Unsold Inventory). Phase II is stalled and no construction has been carried out on the said land parcel admeasuring 10,293.51 sq. mtrs.
